GREAT JOB!!! One happy Lady!!!!

I did some research before buying but not a lot. I have long haul Covid and have light sensitivity. I wanted wrap around frames. My doctor wouldn’t do it. Walmart wouldn’t do it. My prescription is so strong they said the curve in the lenses would make it feel like I’m in a fish bowl.
They did say I could try to just have them made for distance- not being a progressive lens.
The cost even with my insurance was over $200. For 1 pair of glasses that I may not be happy with. I can’t afford to spend that kind of money on a gamble.
So I searched- I found Optical Factor. I liked the frames better than what I seen in stores.
The price was unbelievable. Too good to be true.
For THAT I could afford to gamble!!!
I ordered the Zyon Tactical black & white color frames with Mercury lenses.
A strong +5 progressive lens prescription.
Then the tracking info came… from China.
My heart sank. I was like Oh $#it! It’s gonna be cheap flimsy plastic. It’s gonna be a disaster. I started searching online then I found a slew of bad reviews. Nightmare stories.
So I tested the water and emailed Optocal Factor support just asking a random question. Hey I just ordered these from you a few days ago. Do they come with a case? I got an email back. Yes. I was already doing better than some of the reviews I read.
It did take about 2 weeks. I’m not good at waiting.
People will forget to say They had a great experience!!
It’s a fact.
But no one forgets to talk when they are less than happy.
My glasses came!!!
(Drumroll) I opened the box.
The case was super nice - hard zipper case.
Open the case and they looked better in person than on the website! Not flimsy cheap plastic. You can feel the weight.
The lenses are beautiful. So far I’m happy with what I see.
Put them on face NO FISH BOWL! They fit great. They don’t slide down. They block light. I FREAKING LOVE THEM!!! I can see!!! Up close and far away!! I can read with them and drive. I’m whole again!!! They are my favorite!
I will not spend hundreds of dollars at the eye doctor or box stores on glasses ever again!
My experience with Optical Factor was EXCELLENT.
My only wish and it’s because of light sensitivity
I wish the lenses were a little darker. But I did choose Mercury not black.
I will absolutely order again!!

Prescription sun glasses

I ordered these glasses on a whim, thinking I wasted more money on dumber things. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. The fit was good and the prescription was spot on. Only issue is the right lens is a lot thicker than my regular glasses and sometimes touch my eyelashes which is annoying. They are very good sunglasses for golf.
