Bifocal Photochromic (Light-Responsive) Lenses
Less than a month after receiving my prescription/interchangeable lenses, they broke after just a few uses. I submitted a negative review as a result. Customer Service from Optical Factor contacted me right away to offer a replacement on the broken Rx lens frame. While I do still feel that OF should include instructions on how to swap out the different lenses to prevent damage to the frames and lenses, I am very impressed by their customer service. They promptly replaced the broken Rx lens frame and even made their own video tutorials to assist me. I would rate them 5 stars if the glasses themselves were a bit sturdier and the OF website provided more useful instructions. Overall, I am now satisfied with my glasses and the shopping experience.
