Very nice. But ordered thr wrong thing.

Love them. But unfortunately I needed his prescription glasses to transition to sunglasses. And I got prescription sunglasses that just get darker. Not sure what to do about them.

Great sunglasses covering my sporting needs

After purchasing my prescription motorcycle goggles from Optical Factor, I wanted to try their sunglasses, and I'm thrilled I did. :-) In contrast to the goggles, I can take the sunglasses on my runs or simply while driving, as my expensive transition glasses do not activate the photochromatic feature while protected by UV inside the vehicle. These progressive sunglasses are now an essential item for me.

For fairness, I can say that delivery took longer than expected, and I needed to follow up with an email to support. Their response was prompt, acknowledging the delay.

Great Sunglasses

I had these made up for driving with Progressive Polarized lenses. I'm very pleased with them and they are great value for money.

Good value and good product but could use tweaks in customer service

Let me be clear, the customer service was responsive and ultimately, I received a set of glasses that works for me.

Let me explain. I have a complex prescription: it's strong, progressive and requires prisms. As such, I'm leery of the online stores. I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses for riding my motorcycle. The glasses have a curve, and when I placed the order, I must have missed checking the box for high index lenses. When they arrived, they were unusable. I tried them several times but just too much strain. I contacted customer service and they offered a replacement set, just needed to pick out a frame. I settled on one and they work great. Nice looking, wear well and don't strain my eyes.

So my suggestion for customer service is to review orders and when they see a mismatch in prescription vs frames/lenses. they should reach out before making them. In my case, I would have paid the difference for the high index and they could have advised on my frame choice likely not being good for my prescription. I will use them again in the future.
