Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase at Optical Factor. However, if you want to return the glasses, we are here to help.

  • If you don't like the glasses or made a mistake ordering, you can apply for 50% return to credit/debit card or Paypal account.
  • If you receive broken glasses, malfunctioning glasses or glasses broken during shipping process, contact us at contact@opticalfactor.com for RA number within 30 days of you receiving the product. We will help you as soon as possible.
  • We normally process refund within 2-3 days. You will receive the refund at your original account after 5-7 business days after we approve the refund.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. 

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
